We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated design intern to join our growing company. The ideal intern will be a great fit for our energetic and creative
team. You'll gain hands-on experience working on challenging, meaningful
projects with guidance from a mentor and other members of our team.

Right now, we are growing quickly, and searching for a talented Intern or
Working Student (f/m/x) to support our design needs as we launch our product.
The internship will ideally last 3 months and can be either full-time or
part-time (let us know your availability, and we'll work something out). At
present, we work fully remotely.

This internship is for our other product named GROFLEX. We are making this as an ERP for Small and Medium Businesses. Therefore, your internship will be related to this project.

• Collaborate with our skilled designers to further develop our desktop

and mobile app

• Research and plan user journeys for expats and immigrants persona
• Work with Figma to help develop beautiful UI for our mobile app and website
• Brainstorm and contribute ideas as we develop our product and user experience

Requirements:

• Studies or relevant experience in design (graphic/interaction/product design)
• Deep understanding of design principles like layouts, colour theory, visual hierarchies, and typography
• Experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and/or Illustrator (or similar)
• Familiarity with PowerPoint & Google Slides
• Great communication skills in English
• High motivation to meet deadlines, manage your own work and contribute to the team
• A positive and openminded attitude
