Team Description:

Your Responsibilities

Translate the company's vision into an executable future cloud strategy
Being an inspiring leadership role model in coaching leaders (a team of directors and department heads) to attract, assess, hire, develop and retain engineering talents Lead leaders
Define, monitor and ensure SLO/SLA compliance
Ensure sufficient system capacity is available on time and adopted aligned with the company's growth plan
Leads Incident Management, Disaster Prevention and Business Continuity Planning
With experience and skills on AWS infrastructure usage plus virtual machines, containers and serverless architecture

Your Profile

Extensive experience as a software engineer in global product or tech companies (scaleups)
Multiple years of senior leadership experience, especially in leading engineering leaders
Strong handson experience and excellent understanding of cloud concepts of public cloud providers to support the right decision which services to use to reach the company's quality goals while keeping an on eye on manageability, security, safety and cost
Strong successful track record of running a globally distributed, highly available and secure cloud infrastructure
Define the building blocks of the future cloud strategy (providers, services, tooling, processes
