Your responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute automotive events such as product launches, trade shows, Test Drives & Influencer & Content creator Events
  • Coordinate logistics including venue selection, vendor management, and budget allocation
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless event execution and alignment with marketing, communication & digital marketing objectives
  • Steering of Vendors & Agencys within the given budget & timeline
  • Develop creative concepts and themes to enhance the attendee experience and reinforce brand messaging
  • Oversee event timelines, schedules, and onsite activities to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze event performance metrics and feedback to continuously improve future event strategies and outcomes
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and best practices in automotive event management.
  • What you bring along:_
  • You have a bachelor's degree or above in business administration, marketing, public relations, advertising or a comparable
  • You bring 3+ years experience in international marketing, Event Marketing & Execution, communications, government affairs, with focus on European Markets; Experience in a startup or joint venture context would be beneficial
  • Strong understanding of innovative & contemporary Event activations & Social Media channels
  • You are highly creative with setting new experiences for B2B & B2C
  • You have a proven track record of executing successful public relations campaigns across various platforms, including LinkedIn
  • You have proven experience in establishing and maintaining Events with agencies, KOLs, Partners, etc.
  • You are able to think strategically and anticipate market developments, innovations as well as challenges
  • You are a confident communicator and presenter with conceptual & copywriting skills
  • You have excellent organizational skills and sensitivity to critical situations
