We are looking for a Junior Financial Controller to join our Finance team, _ab sofort_.


Responsibilities:


  • Developing, implementing and executing Controlling / Finance processes, systems, tools, and procedures to ensure fast, highquality reporting, forecasting and business analysis.
  • Proactively deliver various financial analysis on key accounts including cost overview, profitability and as well as suggest recommendations for the strategic development of the account based on period forecasting and finance necessities.
  • Focus on valueadded analysis.
  • Work closely together with different departments; Sales, Fleet, Operations, and Quality Escalation.
  • Supporting strategically and operationally in building and developing Talixo by controlling functions to set up a valueorientated base for future growth.
  • Effectively support the Fraud Team by screening bookings for risks and defending disputes.
  • Enthusiastically process the settlement of outstanding balance of credit accounts and strategically decide on the approval of disputes, payments, and refunds.
  • Be a reliable and integral part of the Talixo family.

Requirements:


  • Academic background in Business Administration / Finance or similar.
  • Initial work experience is an advantage but not a must; entrylevel employees will also be considered in the selection process.
  • Willingness to perform automated and manual processes, excellent in Excel and basic knowledge of Microsoft Access DB and Power BI. Firsthand experience with PSPs, ex., Adyen, Payoneer, Stripe, WesternUnion is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in English ( knowledge of German is a strong plus).
  • Ability to work at an adaptive pace, to make decisions quickly and deliver results on time in high quality.
  • An eagle eye attitude together with detailoriented approach.
