- Abfertigung der Sendungen, Erstellung der gesamten Transport- und Zolldokumentation
- Erstellung von Präferenzpapieren / Abstimmung mit der Zollbehörde
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Speditionen und Kurierdiensten
- Beachtung von Gefahrgut- und Alkoholhinweisen / Erstellung der Begleitdokumentation
- Bearbeitung von Retouren
- Kontrolle und Kontierung von Speditions- und Kurierdienstrechnungen
- Enge Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Bereichen Ihr Profil:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung und zum Speditionskaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in einem internationalen Umfeld
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP als auch Kenntnisse im Zollrecht sind wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse
