We are looking for a Head of Technical Center (M/F/d) in our headquarter in Metzingen to strengthen our Tailoring division.

Stellenbeschreibung: What you can expect:

Managing all Technical Center (TC) Metzingen production processes from demand order to delivery by structuring the lines based on demand and available resources dynamically
Advancing production processes continuously by using industrial engineering instruments and lean production management principles
Sustaining product quality from development to delivery by implementing preventive and corrective activities through structured processes
Framing the development need of TC to meet the strategic requirements, deploying the corporate strategy by defining and practicing the appropriate action plans proactively
Ensuring the management organization is structured and staffed appropriately
Leading the trust culture in line with the corporate strategy and dynamics of the production environment
Leading the continuous improvement activities such as projects, task forces in line with the corporate strategies for mid-to-long-term to elaborate the production processes to the next level
Planning and tracking budget and all the cost components in collaboration with the controlling
Managing the requirements of the internal stakeholders through well-established systems and collaborative attitudes

Profil:

Your profile:
At least 8-10 years of production and management experience in leadership roles in the production environment

Bachelor's degree from Textile or Industrial Engineering

Proven track record production management and engineering know-how

Deep experience in apparel manufacturing, in different product groups including Menswear and Womenswear

German and English, both written and spoken

Proven leadership skills and willingness to approach change, incl. strong ability to unite, align and lead a team

Excellent internal stakeholder management

Process and project management know-how in the production environment

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Highly advanced lean management skills, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
