- Sie übernehmen den HR-IT Lead für den Rollout der SuccessFactors Employee Central Lösung
- Zusätzlich sind Sie für den Aufbau, Support, Konfiguration, Weiterentwicklung und Datenmigration für das bestehende SAP SuccessFactors System, mit Fokus auf Employee Central und Compensation Management / Variable Pay zuständig
- Erster Ansprechpartner für die Weiterentwicklung des definierten Global Templates
- Beratung der HR-Abteilung bei der Implementierung einer geeigneten HR-Software
- Prozessabbildung, Erstellung des Designkonzepts, Lösungsvergleich und Planung der Integration der Lösung in die HR-Systemlandschaft
- Des Weiteren übernehmen Sie die technische Beratung der Fachabteilung bei der Analyse und Definition von HR-Prozessen
- Sie übernehmen das Management von externen Beratern und die Leitung von Teilprojekten
- Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare berufliche Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung von SuccessFactors Employee Central und Compensation Management/Variable Pay
- Erfahrungen in anderen SuccessFactors-Modulen und in den bisherigen SAP HCM Lösungen von Vorteil
- Gutes End-to-End HR-Prozess Know-how
- Erfahrungen mit der Integration von SAP on-premise und Nicht-SAP-Anwendungen wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
