Position Overview:

As a Senior Atlassian Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation of Atlassian solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional expertise in Atlassian tools, including JIRA and Confluence, along with a strong background in automation, configuration, and various frameworks. This role requires a proactive individual capable of independently managing projects and overseeing a team of developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute Atlassian projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
• Provide technical guidance and support to developers working on Atlassian solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and recommend optimal Atlassian solutions.
• Implement and customise Atlassian tools to meet clients' specific needs.
• Utilise automation and configuration expertise to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Atlassian technologies.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment within the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Atlassian Consultant or similar role.
• Proficiency in German is highly desirable, but we will also consider English-speaking candidates.
• Extensive knowledge of automation, configuration, and various frameworks within the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Expertise in JIRA and Confluence administration and customisation.
• Ability to independently manage projects and mentor a team of developers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to the office; primarily remote work.
