- Provide technical expertise and guidance on Atlassian product usage, customization, and integration.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance their understanding and utilization of Atlassian tools.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Atlassian products.
- Stay updated on the latest Atlassian developments, features, and best practices.
- B2 + German language
- 2 + years of experience working with Atlassian products
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing Jira, Confluence, or other Atlassian tools
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Certifications are advantageous
