- Chairing steering groups, prioritizing proposals, and aligning departments for synergy
- Keeping up-to-date with digital solutions development internally and externally
- Several years of experience in digital roles such as Product Owner/Manager, IT Manager, or Consultant
- Knowledge of HR program management is a plus
- Business or technical education background
- Strong goal orientation, assertiveness, and autonomy
- Affinity for sales and a service-oriented mindset
- Problem-solving skills and ability to conceptually present requirements and solutions
