INTERN DIGITAL MARKETING (F/M/D)

The Websites & eCommerce team is responsible for managing the European web platforms including national sites, dealer sites (in some cases) eCommerce, car configurator, content operations, maintenance and functional enhancements.


The current vacancy falls within a sub-team of the above, The Transaction Team, which has recently launched Dealer sites and eCommerce (inventory locator) platforms in a number of markets with a view to rolling out further in 2023 and beyond.

The team is involved in operational tasks ranging from maintenance, strategic product management and new feature development to analytical tasks as well as small to large cross-functional projects with other members of the wider Websites & eCommerce Team.


Your Tasks:

Maintenance of the online sales platform and dealer websites. Bug identification and resolution
First level support for internal users
Catalogue and Product management, ensuring correct product details show for our cars
NSC (National Sales Company) liaison to gather requirements and to feedback on enhancements and road map
KPI Analysis and reporting based on Mazda's platform performance data
Organization of internal and external meetings and workshops
Supporting the enhancement and rollout project of the solution
Working in CMS to enhance pages where appropriate
Reviewing platform structure and content, suggesting enhancements to improve performance

Your Profile:

Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Digital Media, Marketing
First experience or high interest in new/digital technologies
Experience of or interest in web analytics
Motivation, flexibility, self-starter and ability to work independently
Systematic and structured work approach
Pragmatic, can-do-attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
Good communication and analytical skills combined in a process orientated way
Fully conversant with MS Office (esp. Excel and PowerPoint)
Very good English skills (written and spoken)
Enjoy working in an international team and environment
First experience with digital project management is an asset
