Your Role and Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the business requirements in Assets and Procurement
• Participate in identifying the strategic prooposal to be used to satisfy Kyndryl's Assets and Procurement solution and integration for them
• Participate in planning and implementing the strategic solution for Assets and Procurement globally.
• Designs and configures, documents and tests business solution in the Assets and Procurement according to the functional and technical requirements. Assists business with correct processes, requirements and laws.
• Create test cases and perform testing activities, following processes through deployment.
• Builds professional relationships with clients, management and team members to ensure delivery of proposed solutions, supports for development of business possibilities and for personal development
• Leads enhancements, holds discoveries, drives issues for resolution and meets delivery deadlines
• Contributes to high productivity and motivation of working team with the use of communication skills and cooperation; reaches and realizes project aims and outputs
• Participating in diverse Agile ceremonies (standup, showcase, retrospectives) to discuss status of project activities, actions, tasks, blockers; providing input about completed and closed items.
• Developing own skills and knowledge with fitting to business strategy. Building the gathered knowledge into team knowledge.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
years experience in Enterprise Architecture and lead the transition / transformation effort at bigger scale.

• Lead the integrated planning, design, implementation, and support of Assets and Procurment Business Integration / ITAM/SAP based solutions.
• Experience with Asset Supply Chain Business Process/Scope Management, Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Web Services, Business Intelligence
• Experience and understanding of SAP Platforms and solutioning
• Provide thought leadership on data processes and technology, and how implementation of these can improve the effectiveness and accuracy of data.
• Collaborate and cocreate with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Good understanding about Architectural Design Patterns and Solutioning.
• Full Stack Development/Architecture, Clean Code and Continual Integration Development.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Demonstrated communication skills working with multinational teams and end users.

• Cloud platform infrastructure and technology experience (preferably Azure)
• Exposure to Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins), Continuous Delivery (maybe DevOps)
• Experience with Agile methodology, experience building large, scalable Business Applications, API design experience, Containerization.
