ABOUT YOUR ROLE:


SEEK's HR team is the backbone of our organization that is dedicated to working for a world where everyone, everywhere can thrive and realize their potential.

To strengthen our HR team, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated part-time HR Business Partner to join us for approx.

20h per week.

In this exciting assignment, you will play a central role in the entire employee lifecycle and be responsible for all HR-related processes.

You will work closely with the leadership team and supervisors to develop and implement an effective human resources strategy.

This includes a strong emphasis on recruiting top talent, providing support and development opportunities for our employees, and creating a motivating work environment.

From the initial introduction to the farewell, you will help us build a strong and motivated workforce. You will report into the COO and collaboratively work alongside or experienced HR Generalist.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:


  • Driving the future people strategy together with the leadership team, including staffing and development vision, forming a constantly developing organization, together with the leadership team
  • Business partnering with the leadership team on strategic and adhoc people matters in a fastpaced environment
  • Proactively drive future looking HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Advising supervisors on HRrelated matters
  • Conducting training and development initiatives to foster employee growth and engagement

ABOUT YOU:

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT FOR THIS EXCITING ROLE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role
  • Familiarity with HR policies, German labour law, and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • You enjoy learning new things and find mental peace in executing clear processes
  • A good tone makes the music you communicate fluently in German and English
  • You are aware that teamwork makes the dream work. Spiced by effective selforganisation
