- Etablierung einer vorausschauenden Instandhaltungsstrategie und Sicherstellung einer verlässlichen hohen Instandhaltungsleistung sowie Einsatz von vorausschauender und vorbeugender Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
- Management von Instandhaltungs- (OPEX) und Projektbudgets (CAPEX)
- Förderung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungen und Sicherstellung der Anlagenintegrität
- Überwachung von regulatorischen und gesetzlichen Änderungen in Bezug auf z.B. BetrSiVO, TA Luft oder ähnliche technischen Regelwerke sowie Initiierung und Implementierung notwendiger Aktionen
- Sicherstellung innovativer, ökonomischer und fristgerechter Inspektion
- Teilnahme an unternehmensweiten Arbeitsgruppen und Zusammenarbeit mit den OE-Teams
- Entwicklung und Aufrechterhaltung einer Ersatzteilstrategie
- Entwicklung von Großprojekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Stakeholdern
- Sicherstellung von ausreichend qualifiziertem Partnerfirmenpersonal
- Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitern innerhalb der technischen Abteilungen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Maschinenbau, Verfahrens- oder Chemieingenieurwesen oder einer anderen Naturwissenschaft mit passender Vertiefung
- Ca. 15 Jahre Berufserfahrung und Kenntnisse im Bereich Instandhaltung / Engineering sowie in der chemischen Industrie
- Fließende Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohes Sicherheitsbewusstsein
- Ausgezeichnete Führungs-, Kommunikations-, Problemlösungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Verständnis für das Geschäftsumfeld sowie die Fähigkeit, Herausforderungen in einem weiteren Zusammenhang zu erkennen und zu bearbeiten
- Fähigkeit, ein sicheres Instandhaltungsumfeld zu managen, um hohe Produktivität, hohe Qualität und niedrige Kosten zu erreichen; Kenntnis der Instandhaltungsprozesse und -kennzahlen zur Erzielung von Ergbenissen
- Tiefgehendes Verständnis für Instandhaltungsstrategien und -konzepte
- Kompetenz in Vertragsverhandlungen und -management
- Gute Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen Vorschriften im Bereich Gesundheit, Sicherheit und Umweltschutz
