Our team in Berlin is growing fast, and we are looking for a
Talent Sourcer (f/m/d), who can support our company sourcing for the best talents in the industry to drive our company further.

Working together with Hiring Managers and building strong pipelines for our open positions
Conducting prescreening interviews
Cooperating with HR team on daily basis on implementing our recruiting strategy
Conducting market research and analysing industry trends, market conditions and competitors to develop best sourcing practices

Requirements:

Excellent CV screening skills
Understanding of recruiting methods and experience organising 360' recruitment processes
Drive to find and attract the best talents
