We are searching a Resource Admin to work within the Resource Management team providing administrative and customer service support; reporting to the Field Resource Manager and providing support to Resource Management team and where necessary the wider Resource Management/Ops Excellence Team.

How to contribute to our vision

  • You will be responsible for several key activities that support the Service Wind Power business.
  • Provide administrative support to the Resource Management team.
  • Support the continual improvement of processes to manage the technician resource within the internal Resource Management team.
  • Support the governance/management of technicians.
  • Provide administrative support to the Field Resource Manager
  • Control and coordinate the booking and management of training and medicals within the team
  • Understand and support the wider Operations Excellence team as required
  • Tracking, reviewing, processing, and issuing invoices
What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for

  • Knowledge of SAP, Ariba, Training portal
  • Computer literate with experience of Microsoft Packages (essential)
  • Knowledge of Resource Management and internal process are desirable
  • Good English skillset
