- Bearbeitung digitaler Posteingänge und alle anfallenden Folgearbeiten
- Prüfung und Kontierung von Lieferantenrechnungen
- Kontenpflege und Klärung offener Posten im Bereich Gemeinkosten
- Aufbereitung und Verbuchung von Excel Dateien im Downloadverfahren
- Allgemeine Verwaltungsaufgaben
- Stammdatenpflege in verschiedenen Systemen
- Unterstützung bei Jahresabschlussarbeiten
- Ansprechpartner/in für Wirtschaftsprüfer
- Einholung von Informationen und Daten, sowie deren Erstellung und Aufbereitung
- Korrespondenz mit Konzernunternehmen, Kunden, Lieferanten, Reisebüromitarbeitern
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Bankkaufmann/ Steuerfachangestellter/ -Tourismuskaufmann)
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Finanz- und Rechnungswesens
- Kenntnisse der Finanz-Systeme [z.B. SAP], Access
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, etc)
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit und gutes Zahlenverständnis
- Serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität sowie selbstständiges, zielgerichtetes Arbeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englisch Kenntnisse
