- Verantwortung für das Anforderungsmanagement für die TUI App insbesondere mit Fokus auf native Feature, Single Sign On Lösungen, UX Optimierungen im Reiseverlauf und im Buchungsprozess inkl. Erfolgskontrolle.
- Eigenständige projektbegleitende technische Dokumentation, Anlegen von Tickets, Erstellen von User Stories sowie Abgleichen technischer Anforderungen mit dem Entwickler Team.
- Schnittstelle zwischen den Bereichen CRM, E-Commerce und IT zur Sicherstellung einer performanten und konsistenten App Experience.
- Erstellung und Überwachung von Testberichten, Fehleranalysen und entsprechender Dokumentation.
- Weitergabe der Testergebnisse an das Team, Mitarbeit in agilen Projektteams.
- Übergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit dem Analyseteam zur Bewertung der wichtigsten Faktoren für die App-Nutzung und Anwendung auf eine effektive Akquisitionsstrategie, die das kommerzielle Wachstum fördert.
- Erkennen von Trends und Empfehlungen von datengestützten Maßnahmen zur Erreichung der kommerziellen Ziele.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt E-Commerce.
- Mehrjährige (mind. 3 Jahre) Erfahrung im Portal-, Produktmanagement oder Projektierung und Umsetzung von digitalen Services (idealerweise native Apps für iOS und Android).
- Know-How agiler Arbeitsweisen sowie Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Tools wie JIRA und Confluence.
- Sehr datenorientiert und analytisch, mit einer Leidenschaft für die Nutzung von Datenpunkten zur Produkt- und UX Optimierung.
