- Projektleitung von lokalen strategischen Projekten, Industrialisierungs- und Montageaktivitäten im Bereich der Fertigung von CTOH-Schalldämpfern
- Planung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Fertigungskonzepten unter Berücksichtigung von Aspekten wie Layouts, alternativen Verbindungs-/ Montage-Prozessen, Produktionskonzepten, Lieferantenentwicklung, Fertigungsplanung, stärken der vorhanden Wertschöpfungstiefe, Lean Manufacturing und Industrie 4.0
- Leitung des operativen Teils des Angebotsprozesses, Zusammenarbeit mit der Finanzabteilung, dem Programmmanagement und den Fertigungsteams, einschließlich der Berechnung der erforderlichen Investitionen für Anlagen, Peripherie, Werkzeuganlaufkosten und Betriebsmittel
- Verantwortung für die Einhaltung des Projekt- und Industrialisierungsbudgets, -zeitplans sowie der Einführungs-KPIs (z. B. Zykluszeit, OEE, Ausschuss) und Unterstützung des Produktionshochlaufs
- Koordinierung und Leitung von Herstellbarkeitsanalysen und Designoptimierungen hinsichtlich Herstellbarkeit und der Fertigungskosten, zusammen mit den Fachabteilungen
- Führen, koordinieren und unterstützen laufender Produktionsverbesserungen, die sich positiv auf das EBIT auswirken. Dies umfasst die Optimierung von Prozessen, Maschinen, Ressourcen, Materialien, Ausschuss und Beständen
- Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Kommunikation und Dokumentation zwischen den beteiligten Standorten und innerhalb interdisziplinärer Teams
- Vertretung der zentralen Betriebsfunktionen im Projektkernteam, bei Gate-Reviews sowie für die Kundenkommunikation bei Werksbesuchen und Audits, Gewährleistung einer ordnungsgemäßen Dokumentation und Präsentation
- Abgeschlossenes technisches/naturwissenschaftliches Studium, Maschinenbautechniker oder vergleichbar
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Launch Management/technische Projektleitung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der Produktion, des Industrial Engineering oder des technisches Projektmanagements
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen und Vorbereitung von Präsentationen für die Führungsebene
- Teamplayer
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und eine selbständige Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Engagement, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Hoher Teamgeist sowie sehr gute und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und interkulturelle Kompetenzen
