- Ensure quality of data on internal and external workforce in close collaboration with respective departments
- Gather, improve and explore large datasets from different sources and extract useful insights
- Interpret and visualize findings and results in comprehensive presentations to different audiences
- Develop and improve processes and tools for data validation and report generation
- Support budget and planning process for workforce and related expenses
- Support team members and the management with ad hoc requests as needed
- Academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer or Natural sciences or related field of study
- Ability to refine and orchestrate large amounts of data, conduct impact analysis and summarize results for recommendations required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to easily communicate sophisticated ideas
- Expert-level Excel, and PowerBI
- Passion for new technologies and creativity for visualization of financial and workforce data
- Proficiency in English, additional German skills are a plus
- Attention to detail and passion for data and analytics
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Willingness to learn the setup, maintenance, and enhancement of databases, in particular Microsoft SQL

We are looking for you We are hiring a Workforce Controlling Specialist (f/m/d). The position is based in our Frankfurt office.
Within this exciting role, you will join the Financial Planning & Analytics function and act as Workforce Analyst. You will ensure the timely provision of high-quality reports on internal and external workforce and drive meaningful analytics.
