Your Role:
Join us at emnify as a Senior Agile Coach and shape our future together

As a key team member, you'll use your coaching skills to guide teams and stakeholders, making a real impact. You're great at running effective meetings and workshops that bring out the best. You'll also organize events that everyone loves.

You know a lot about Lean & Agile practices, and you'll help us use them in the best way. You'll teach Agile basics and lead by example, showing how to develop our people and systems. You'll even jump in to help out when needed.

Your main job is to help teams work together better, following our Agile values. You'll work closely with leaders and different product teams, covering front-ends and restful APIs. This is your chance to lead, make a difference, and be part of an innovative team

Your Impact:

You will be an integral part of the Business Services tribe, collaborating across multiple productdevelopment teams and interfacing with the leadership team.
Your pivotal role will involve nurturing selforganization within the productdevelopment teams and the leadership.
Foster a work environment that thrives on collaboration and inclusivity, thus nurturing growth and innovation.
Empower crossfunctional teams to synergize seamlessly, propelling them towards shared objectives with utmost effectiveness.

Your Skills:

5+ years experience in Agile Coaching, Scrum Mastering, or Change Agent roles
Proficiency in Scrum, Kanban, and agile scaling frameworks (e.g. LeSS), applied across diverse work cultures
Strong leadership, teaching, and coaching abilities, tailoring knowledge to different audiences
Skilled facilitator for both inperson and remote setups
Exemplary servant leadership, backing teams to thrive, including handson contributions
Effective conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication prowess
