- Du bist für den Schutz unserer Kunden vor Diebstahl und Einbruch verantwortlich und verwalten Alarmereignisse rund um die Uhr
- Du stellst den ersten Kontakt zu unseren Kunden nach Eingang von Alarmereignissen her und übernehmen die Alarmverifizierung nach abgestimmten Standardprotokollen für die Alarmbearbeitung
- Du bist die zentrale Kommunikationsstelle für unsere Kunden und Behörden
- Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Belastbarkeit
- Gute Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägter Kundenservicegedanke und Kommunikationsstärke
- Hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit
- PC-Kenntnisse und technische Affinität vorausgesetzt
- Einwandfreies Führungszeugnis
- Berufserfahrung im Sicherheitsgewerbe oder einer Notruf- & Serviceleitstelle wünschenswert
