    Das erwartet Dich
    Du berätst unsere national und international tätigen Mandant*innen bei bei der Einführung von kapitalmarktfähigen Reportings, sowie bei der Umstellung der Rechnungslegung von HGB auf IFRS oder US GAAP.
    Dabei leitest und steuerst du Beratungsprojekte, von der Vorbereitung (IPO Readiness) und der Begleitung von Börsengängen (IPO), bis hin zur Zusammenstellung und Aufbereitung von Finanzinformationen insbesondere bei Unternehmenstransaktionen (z. B. Carve-out oder Combined Financial Statements).
    Die Abwicklung der Projekte erfolgt zielgerichtet mit aktuellen Software-Lösungen. Zudem steht Environmental, Social und Governance zunehmend mehr im Fokus der Kapitalmarktberichtserstattung.
    Als Teil unseres Teams erhälst du hohe Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten und kannst deine Expertenstellung im Bereich International Accounting & Capital Market Advisory weiter ausbauen.
    Du arbeitest intensiv mit Expert*innen des Mazars Netzwerks im internationalen Umfeld zusammen.
    In angrenzenden Themenbereichen bildest du dich gerne weiter und du möchtest auch weiterhin andere Beratungsfelder kennenlernen.
    Das bringst Du mit
    Absolvent*in der Fachrichtungen Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Mathematik, Naturwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studienganges
    Langjährige – ggf. auch internationale – Berufserfahrung in den genannten Bereichen und hohe Affinität zur Lösung von komplexen Fragestellungen
    Überdurchschnittliche analytische Fähigkeiten und eine Affinität zu Zahlen
    Fundierte theoretische und praktische Kenntnisse der nationalen und internationalen Rechnungslegung
    Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative sowie eine ausgeprägte Team- und Mandantenorientierung
    Engagierte Persönlichkeit mit einer hohen Einsatzbereitschaft und fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
