    Wir haben sechs Büros in Europa, eins in den Vereinigten Staaten und eins in Asien.

    Ihre Aufgaben

    Sie unterstützen unsere Leiter der Geschäftsstelle in Köln und deren Team von zwanzig Personen im Business Development:

    • Unterstützung in der Kundenakquise durch Terminvereinbarungen, durch diverse Kanäle, z.B. Telefon, Personalisierte Mailings, Aktivitäten auf Social Media...
    • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Geschäftsideen
    • Unterstützung in der Angebotserstellung und Aufnahme von Bestellungen
    • Proaktive Nachverfolgung und Nachbearbeitung von Aufträgen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit allen involvierten Abteilungen
    • Erfassung von Kundendaten und deren Pflege im System
    • Billing-Management
    • Überwachung des Umsatzes

    Das bringen Sie mit:

    • Ausbildung in einem kaufmännischen Beruf, beispielsweise im Handel + 2-4 Jahre Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder im Kundenservice oder Hochschulreife
    • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse wären von Vorteil
    • Perfekte Beherrschung von Office (XLS, Word, PPT)
    • Sie haben Freude am serviceorientierten Arbeiten vor Ort in unserem Büro in Köln

    Business Unit Assistant - Cologne

    In 1993, Alcimed was born with the vocation to explore and develop unknown lands. In 30 years, more than 220 explorers have joined our adventure. Distributed in our 8 base camps in France, Europe, Singapore and the USA, we accompany industrialists on a daily basis to help them innovate and create new business.

    Your missions

    You will be in charge of the classic tasks of assistance and facilitate the internal administrative management of 2 Business Units :

    • Management of invoicing,
    • Follow-up of activity figures,
    • Organization of agendas and travel,
    • Management of expense reports,
    • Follow-up of employees,
    • Recruitment assistance, etc.

    You will also play an active role in the commercial activity (making appointments, helping to draw up commercial proposals, etc.) and in the life of the office (organization of events, etc.).

    You may be required to work on certain customer projects.

    Your profile

    • 2-4 years of higher education in management, accounting or assistantship. Type BTS Assistant manager or Assistant of management/ Licence pro management and licence of economic and social administration
    • Perfect command of Office (XLS, WORD, PPT), professional English.
    • Desired qualities: Dynamism, taste for figures, organization, proactivity, sense of service.
