- Gezielter Fokus auf Optimierung von Strukturen und Prozessen, Begleitung der eigenen gestalteten Abläufe sowie eine wertschätzende, motivierende und erfolgsorientierte Führung der Mitarbeiter.
- Verantwortung der Nachwuchsförderung sowie Mitarbeiterbindung und Übertragung des eigenen unternehmerisches Mindsets in die Vorbildfunktion.
- Aktive Festigung und internationale Erweiterung unserer bestehenden Kundenbasis B2B und B2C.
- Ausgiebige Erfahrung beim Aufbau und in der Weiterentwicklung von Unternehmen.
- Bewahrung eines kühlen Kopfs auch beim höchsten Workload, Ermittlung der richtigen Prioritäten und strukturiertes Agieren.
- Starke Analyse Skills, Freude an der konzeptionellen Arbeit und die Lust sich gerne intensiv und vertiefend mit verschiedenen Arbeitsthemen zu befassen.
