    THE TEAM AND ITS MISSION

    We are a highly skilled team developing a vision based Local Positioning System (LPS) to enable our advanced player and ball tracking solutions . To capture and provide precise position and motion data in the sports environment, we are developing tracking pipelines, statistics aggregators and their integration into the cloud architecture as well as applications to automate configurations . Joining our team, you will automate, optimize and extend existing solutions for Basketball, but also create completely new KINEXON products in collaboration with your colleagues from other software departments.

    OUR TECH STACK

    We mainly develop in Python using OpenCV for computer vision, PyTorch for deep learning and numba/CUDA/TensorRT for optimization. PyQt is used for internal GUI applications.
    For managing the deployment of our distributed system as well as aiding our development needs, we make use of a dockerized workflow .

    YOUR TASKS

    As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for developing advanced algorithms and applications at the head of the processing pipeline. We will trust you to take on technical leadership in designing and developing, monitoring and configuring stages within our LPS pipeline as well as supporting applications for the surrounding eco system. Together with the team, you will primarily face the following challenges:

  • Complex computer vision problems
  • Real-time processing
  • Continuous integration + deployment
  • Unit testing and code reviews

    • YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree in computer science, mathematics, electrical engineering, physics or a similar qualification
  • 3+ years of experience in object-oriented programming (Python and/or C++) as well as scripting languages
  • 3+ years of experience in developing computer vision applications including multi-view geometry and camera calibration deep learning video processing
  • Experience with Linux operating systems
  • Strong knowledge in software architecture and design patterns
