The Position

Erfahrene und hochqualifizierte Techniker und Applikationsexperten verantworten den Kundenservice für das neue Mitglied unserer cobas Analyzer-Familie - den cobas i 601 Mass Spec Analzyer. Dieses internationale Team kümmert sich um den länderübergreifenden Support remote und vor Ort in Europa und im Nahen Osten Möchtest Du Teil dieser zukunftsweisenden Entwicklung sein?

Was dich erwartet:

Wir suchen einen qualifizierten und erfahrenen Applikationsexperten ("Field Application Engineer Expert") (d/f/m) mit Erfahrung in Massenspektrometrie und Liquid Chromatography (LC), der grenzüberschreitenden Applikationssupport für unsere Kunden in Krankenhäusern und niedergelassenen Laboren in Europa bietet. Die Rolle umfasst Implementierung, Wartung und Service unserer Systeme.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört u.a.:

• Du bist verantwortlich für die Installation und Einarbeitung im Kundenlabor und kümmerst dich um präventive, proaktive und prädiktive Support-Aktivitäten.
• Du bist Teil eines länderübergreifenden, funktionsübergreifenden und globalen Teams und übernimmst bei Bedarf eine führende Rolle in Koordination und Management.
• Du betreust mehrere Roche Analysensysteme einschließlich Anwendungs- und technischer Aspekte, Schulungen, Wartungen und Reparaturen.
• Du bearbeitest Anfragen von Kunden und Kollegen und löst Fehler, Reklamationen und komplexe Probleme eigenständig.
• Du nutzt digitale Service-Tools, um Reklamationen effektiv zu lösen. Zusammen mit dem technischen Außendienst, maximierst du Ausfallzeiten.
• Du stellst die Einhaltung interner Prozesse sowie Trainings- und Supportkonzepte sicher, bringst proaktiv neue Ideen zur Optimierung ein und beteiligst dich am Wissenstransfer.
• Du schlägst proaktiv Aktivitäten vor, die mit Kundenzufriedenheitsumfragen und laufendem Kunden- und Geschäftsbereichsfeedback abgestimmt sind und setzt diese um.

Das bringst du mit:

• Du besitzt einen Master-/Bachelor-Abschluss in Naturwissenschaften (z. B. Biologie, Chemie, Medizin) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Du bist versiert im medizinischen/diagnostischen Markt, verfügst über vertiefte Kenntnisse in der quantitativen Massenspektrometrie und Liquid Chromatography (LC), sowie ein starkes IT-Verständnis.
• Du hast einen starken Kundenfokus sowie die Fähigkeit, produktive Kundenbeziehungen in einer komplexen Matrix-Umgebung aufzubauen.
• Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete persönliche Fähigkeiten, Zuverlässigkeit und kommunizierst effektiv auf allen Ebenen.
• Du besitzt analytische Fähigkeiten, bist zielorientiert, gewissenhaft und organisiert. Darüber hinaus bringst du eine hohe Resilienz und Lösungsorientierung mit.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind obligatorisch.

Du bringst die Bereitschaft mit, bis zu 75% der Zeit zu reisen.

Du bist im Raum München ansässig, in der Nähe eines Flughafens und offen für regelmäßige Reisen in die Schweiz, nach Österreich und andere europäische Länder.

We are building a team of Mass Spectrometry Service Experts - technicians and scientists - who will be responsible for the customer support of our new Mass Spectrometry analyzer. This international team will do the cross-country support remotely and on-site in Europe and Middle East. Do you feel the passion, and would you like to be part of this new exciting journey?

Purpose:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Application Engineer Expert (d/f/m) with mass spectrometry experience and liquid chromatography knowledge to provide cross-border applicative support to our customers in hospitals and commercial laboratories in Europe. Your role will involve implementation, preventative maintenance and service activities.

Responsibilities:

• You will coordinate the installation of instruments, including site preparation, system testing, application of reagents, customer training, routine support, and handover.
• You contribute to complex cross country, cross-functional and global teams, taking a leading role when necessary and navigating complex situations by applying a diverse skill set.
• You are responsible for several Roche instruments, training, maintenance and service activities , ensuring adherence to general guidelines for target agreements and economic efficiency.
• You will handle customer and employee inquiries, resolving errors, complaints, and complex problems independently. You utilise digital service tools to effectively solve problems.
• You ensure adherence to internal processes and training/support concepts, while proactively introducing new ideas for optimization and engaging in knowledge transfer across stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality information management.
• Finally, you propose and implement activities aligned with customer satisfaction surveys and ongoing customer and business area feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in natural sciences (e.g., biology, chemistry, medicine)
• You are proficient in the medical/diagnostic market and have advanced knowledge of liquid chromatography and quantitative mass spectrometry plus a strong IT understanding.
• Excellent working approach with a strong customer focus.
• Proficiency in building productive customer relationships within a complex matrix environment.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, reliability, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels. You have a strong analytical approach, target-oriented, meticulous, and organised.
• Proficient problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.

​ Availability to travel up to 75% of the time.

You are based in the area of Munich, in close distance to an airport and open to travel to Switzerland, Austria and other European countries on a regular basis.
