RESPONSIBILITIES
We align your beginning responsibilities with your previous experience.

  • In your position as semiconductor physicist, you are conducting research projects for the material and device development of our thinfilm sensors.
  • The focus of your work is to deepen the understanding of interactions between manufacturing processes, sensor properties and sensor electronics.
  • Therefore, you will create test series for sensor characterization and suitable test methods.
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for the evaluation and correlation of sensor data as well as the associated documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS
- completed degree (master/diploma) in the field of physics, semiconductor technology or comparable field, doctorate desirable
- experience in electrical-optical characterization of semiconductor devices
- experience in big data analysis, preferably experience in Python and LabView
- very good language skills in German and English, both written and spoken
