About The Opportunity


We are looking for an Account Director in the Germany & Northern Europe Accounts Sales team, based in Berlin to be responsible for delivering against revenue targets from scale ups and Enterprise clients that are headquartered in Germany and Northern Europe.


In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for the acquisition, retention and growth of your portfolio of enterprise accounts and scale up accounts globally
  • Build a sales strategy for your portfolio of accounts to ensure consistent revenue growth
  • Accurately forecast to meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly/quarterly cadence
  • Be a true entrepreneur and Pitch the WeWork value proposition, run quarterly business reviews with existing accounts, run consultative meetings to structure offers for new and existing clients.
  • Build relationships and provide expert consultation to internal and external senior executives to establish the team as a trusted partner
  • Mobilize WeWork's top executives to run top to top meetings with the Clevel team of top clients.
  • Partner with the product teams to sell various products across WeWork product suite, including office space, Workplace (WeWork's Software) and All access.
  • Partner with the Sales & Transactions Services team (Real Estate Advisory, Transaction Management, Enterprise Services and legal) to help ensure execution of large deals
  • Be present during onboarding of members, addvalue in the early stages, and build the relationship to create the highest level of member satisfaction
  • Creatively add value throughout the lifecycle, increase retention and reducing churn
  • Utilize Salesforce to properly track and report sales progress

About You

  • 5+ yrs exp. of B2B sales
  • 3+ yrs exp. customer facing
  • Record of consistently hitting targets & retention
  • Willingness to travel to interface with members
  • Project management and business operations experience required
  • Strong team player who can make decisions and execute in a fastpaced, everchanging environment
  • Knowledge of the commercial real estate market in which you will be deployed is a plus
  • A thoughtful communicator who can prioritize and project manage short and long term initiatives
  • Problem solver who can independently translate highlevel goals into actionable plans
  • Hardworking, selfmotivated, dependable, organized and detailoriented
  • Strong ability to forecast and manage team pipeline using Salesforce or other CRM
  • Ability to break down problems into manageable components and think through optimal solutions
