- Gestaltung mechanischer und elektromechanischer Komponenten und Systemen mit sämtlichen Einzelteilen vom Konzept bis zur Serienreife unter Berücksichtigung von Funktions-, Kosten-, Gewichts- und Einbaugesichtspunkten.
- Erstellung von Zeichnungen/Produktspezifikationen entsprechend internationalen und internen Normen in Zusammenarbeit mit technischen Zeichnern/innen.
- Durchführung von FMEAs und Unterstützung der Qualitätsabteilung bei der Erstellung von Qualitätsplänen.
- Überwachung von Machbarkeit, Terminen und Kosten in Abstimmung mit Lieferanten weltweit.
- Abstimmung mit Musterbau, externen Zulieferern und der Versuchsabteilung bezüglich der termingerechten Prototypenerstellung und Versuchsplanung.
- Unterstützung der Fertigung bei der Produktions- und Vorrichtungsplanung und Überwachung der Prozesse bei Produktionsanlauf in globalen Fertigungsstandorten.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang; alternativ eine gleichwertige Ausbildung.
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Konstruktion, Projektmanagement o. Ä. wünschenswert.
- Gute CAD- und FEA-Kenntnisse, bevorzugt in PTC Creo.
- Gute Kenntnisse in Kunststofffertigung und Metallbearbeitung.
- Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse.
- Teamfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und gute Kommunikation.
- Internationale Reisebereitschaft.
- Begeisterung fürs Radfahren und handwerkliches Geschick wünschenswert.
