Aufgaben

\- Assisting the team with administrative tasks from a remote setting.

\- Conducting and coordinating in-depth analyses and research to support various company projects and objectives.

\- Collaborating with team members to facilitate communication, schedule meetings, and streamline workflows.

\- Creating, managing, and maintaining organized virtual files and databases.

Qualifikation

  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role, ideally with a focus on analysis and research.
  • Strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with virtual office tools, scheduling software, and communication platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment
