For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a
Sales Assistant (M/F/d) Cruises & Ferries
Your new job includes

As a Sales Assistant (M/F/d) for the sales area "Cruises & Ferries" you are responsible for the optimal customer and product group support in cooperation with your sales team. In particular, you will be the contact person for your colleagues inside and outside the aforementioned sales team as well as for the external customer base in all administrative and organizational tasks

- prepare assortment discussions and subsequently provide your team with the results in edited form
- prepare offers and maintain / update the annual price lists
- take care of the forecast maintenance as well as the action briefing with regard to surplus quantity requirements for advertising campaigns and promotion activities
- interface with our Customer Service in their processing of customer orders and inquiries

What you should bring along

Successfully completed commercial training and initial professional experience in a similar function
Enthusiasm for the product groups Liquor, Tobacco & Confectionery
Very good business English, both written and spoken
Confident in using the MS Office package and SAP
Organizational talent, desire to work in an international environment and a selfreliant way of working
A strong service orientation and communication skills within and outside your team
