    Job description

    We are looking for a Change Manager to join our International Team, for a worldwide humanitary project. The position involves managing various aspects such as scope, time, and resources simultaneously.

    Your Responsibilities :

    • Prepare change management strategy and approach documents.
    • Define success metrics and value propositions.
    • Conduct change impact analysis and resistance management.
    • Lead implementation of communications plan and support materials.
    • Monitor adoption and ensure reinforcement measures.

    Your profile :

    • You have a Bachelor or Master's degree in Communication, English, Marketing, Psychology, or related field.
    • You are certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) and/or Prosci Change Management Certification.
    • You have a proven ability in change management and project coordination in an international environment (mandatory).
    • You have a strategic thinking and process re-engineering and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You are proactive, flexible, and resourceful and excellent communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS SharePoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
