Tasks

You will be taking care of


Bettermile works in a hybrid working model: We provide full flexibility to work from home or remotely. However, we work in a high pace, dynamic and creative environment where it is often efficient to meet in person - and our teams just love to meet frequently and maintain their social glue. That's why we created the Better Space, an amazing workspace in the Heart of Berlin Kreuzberg, for conferencing or just being around the like-minded. Your mission is to support our Office Host in the Better Space and make everyone feel great and at home.

  • Support for smaller events and meetups in the Better Space, for our teams, with our partners or with our tech & logistics community

  • Making sure the space is stocked with all amenities, like beverages, fruits, office and kitchen supplies, employee welcome packages, etc.

Requirements:

You check these boxes

  • First experience in community and office management or in the hotel or service industry
  • You are a highly organized person who is perceptive to the most minute details and employs an organized and structured approach to your tasks. You also possess multitasking skills and are able to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • You are trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
  • You possess a handson mentality and a capacity for autonomous work, selfinitiative, reliability, and responsibility
  • Problemsolving skills and analytical thinking, making effective decisions quickly
  • You are empathetic, love working with diverse teams, and enjoy building an engaging office culture in a resultdriven environment with a high level of ownership
  • You communicate fluently in English and have at least C1 level for German, both verbally and in writing

  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) as well as Google Products
