JUNIOR DESIGNER MOTORSPORT APPAREL:

Herzogenaurach, Germany
YOUR MISSION:

Assist in the execution of innovative product design development aimed at continuous design innovation and achieving set goals

Support the Design Team in how to integrate product and technical developments into product design
Help to contribute to the quality of products' design content in order to reinforce and strengthen the brand position and generate consumer demand
Under the direction of the Senior Designer, Teamhead and Creative Director, collect market intelligence, providing all involved with accurate and up to date information on design trends and developments and utilize them effectively
Assist in launching innovative product design ideas in line with specific product strategies
Research functionality requirements and help to ensure accurate use of on trend product technology in order to gain competitive advantage
Under supervision of Senior Designer update and maintain design systems and help prepare design presentations.

YOUR TALENT:

Good knowledge of sports performance, fabrics and new industry technologies

Very good feeling for colors, creativity and graphics
Excellent Adobe creative suite skills (especially Illustrator) and MS Office
Strong 3D skills and knowledge of virtual tools (APP tools: Clo3D, Browzwear, VStitcher or similar 3D fashion design tools )
Very good written and spoken English skills are a must
Excellent presentation skills
Team player mentality

Bachelor/Master degree in Sportswear Design, Fashion Design or similar education.
