Beschreibung
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead for our Fraud Monitoring team.

You will lead our monitoring agents and own the strategy and processes for our "manual" fraud detection together with the Head of Support.

Furthermore, you establish best practices and work cross-functionally with other teams, especially the Automated Fraud Detection Team and BI.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and grow our team of monitoring moderators to deliver efficient, effective, and correct fraud classification of users. Be an inspiring leader who takes the team on a common journey, ensuring their development and growth.
  • Improve our processes and policies related to risk: user verification, freeze and ban of account and payouts, and collaborate with our fraud management / BI team to find an optimal balance between risk management and UX.
  • Improve our processes related to offer monitoring: Identify patterns withing certain products or offers and general user behaviors indicating fraud.
  • Create effective measurement tools and reports to evaluate the effectiveness of our processes and promote a datadriven culture with OKR based targets.
  • Foster a continuous improvement ethos at all times to challenge the status quo and make improvements wherever possible, for both our fraud monitoring team and more importantly, our users.

Requirements:


  • 4+ years of experience fraud / risk / KYC management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience high volume of tickets and KYC / fraud management in related and exposed industries or departments, e.g. Banking, Gaming, Crypto, Insurance, Gambling, ID verification, etc.
  • Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills with a high affinity for data and creating reports or panels with BI and product to detect and handle fraud cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal leadership skills.
  • Proven experience in working cross functionally to improve product and processes affecting external (users) and internal (support) stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with working in a tech startup or growth company environment with changing processes.
