Tasks

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
  • Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
