Your tasks:

• Acceptance and processing of malfunctions and technical inquiries by phone and email.
• Providing technical advice to customers and finding solutions in cooperation with technical departments
• Active communication with international customers
• Planning and coordination of worldwide service missions
• Technical support of service technicians and after sales service
• Interface between technical department, service technician
  and customers

• Your completed technical training in the field of electronics, mechatronics, mechanics or a comparable field of expertise
• Your desirable professional experience as a service employee or assembly technician
• Your technical affinity and tact in dealing with customers
• Your good written and spoken German and English skills
• Your strong communication skills, flexibility, ability to work under pressure and your social competence
• Your interest in occasional travel
