- You will support the management in all aspects of day-to-day business, including general office organisation, preparing presentations and handling correspondence
- One of your main tasks will be to support the shareholder family in all matters relating to the family office and to assist with the organisation of events (shareholder meetings, advisory board meetings, etc.)
- The accounting recording of all business transactions of the various asset management companies of the Vaillant Family Office in the asset management software icomps amc (focus: securities/funds, real estate, entrepreneurial investments)
- You will be involved in the preparation of the monthly asset report for the investors of the Vaillant Family Office
- The ongoing maintenance of accounting interfaces with HGB financial accounting is also one of your tasks
- You will also be responsible for managing bank relationships, processing payment transactions and carrying out securities and fund transactions
- You will regularly prepare special analyses using MS Excel
- You have successfully completed a three-year commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on finance and accounting
- You have already gained professional experience, ideally in a similar role
- You have the willingness to deal with complex new accounting systems
- You have a basic knowledge of written and spoken English
- You are confident in using MS Office (especially MS Excel) and common means of communication (e-mail, Internet)
- You are characterised by reliability, trustworthiness and an open, friendly nature
- Perseverance, strong communication and organisational skills round off your profile
