- Entwicklung von Produktionsvorrichtungen und Betriebsmitteln
- Bewertung/ Gegenüberstellung von unterschiedlichen konstruktiven Lösungsalternativen
- Bedarfsanalysen von Vorrichtungen und Betriebsmitteln
- Erstellung von Entwurfs- und Konstruktionszeichnungen samt Verwaltung der zugehörigen Dokumente im ERP – System
- Dokumentation von Betriebsmitteln und Vorrichtungen gemäß gesetzlicher Vorgaben (SAP MM-Stammdaten, Risikobeurteilung, Gefährdungsbeurteilung, CE-Konformität)
- Fertigungsgerechte Zeichnungserstellung
- Mitwirkung und Leitung von KVP-Workshops
- Mitwirkung bei der Inbetriebnahme von Vorrichtungen und Werkzeugen
- Optimierung von Betriebsmitteln und Werkzeugen
- Auslegung, Optimierung und Standardisierung der Prozesse in der Betriebsmittelplanung und der Betriebsmittelentwicklung unter qualitativen, ergonomischen und wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten
- Unterstützung bei globalen Rollouts unserer Produktlinien
- Erarbeitung von Machbarkeitsanalysen im Rahmen von Industrialisierungsprojekten
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Betriebsmittelkonstruktion
- Kenntnisse im Inverkehrbringen/ Inbetriebnehmen von Maschinen & Anlagen
- Verständnis für die gängigen Industrie-Normen (Typ A – C)
- Strukturierte und Transparente Arbeitsweise (Zeitmanagement /Priorisierung)
- SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Fundierte CAD-Kenntnisse idealerweise Inventor, Solid Works o.ä.
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Selbständige und lernbereite Arbeitsweise, sowie die Bereitschaft im Team zu arbeiten
