COLUMBIA Cruise Services GmbH & Co. KG (CCS), affiliated to the COLUMBIA Group, is a Hamburg-based company founded in 2014.

The Cypriot predecessor, the "COLUMBIA Cruise Group" looks back on a history of 30 years within the maritime leisure industry.

Due to our continuous fleet expansion, we are looking for the right individual to strengthen and complement our Hamburg based team.


Your tasks:

  • Providing administrative and executive support as advised by the Top Management and the Assistant to the Top Management, including but not limited to:
  • Communicating and implementing general office organizational processes;
  • Coordinating and arranging internal and external meetings and taking minutes if required;
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail;
  • Implementing and maintaining efficient communication channels and electronic filing system in Microsoft 365 programmes;
  • Ordering office supplies and monitoring their inventory;
  • Coordinating with IT department on office equipment;
  • Supporting in the creation and maintenance of tender documents and corporate design materials;
  • Ensuring the smooth onboarding process of all employees;
  • Being the main point of contact for all employees, guests, external service providers and suppliers;
  • Participating in the organization of internal and external Company events;
  • Participating in projects as assigned.

Your profile:

  • A commercial education (preferably within the hospitality or shipping industry) and at least four (4) years' experience in a comparable position;
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written German and English;
  • Good command of Microsoft 365 programmes and other applicable IT softwares;
  • Strong organizational and planning skills;
  • Problem solving skills paired with a handson mentality;
  • A teamplayer, supporting interactions with colleagues from other departments and different cultures;
  • The ability to work independently.
