    Übernehmen Sie die End-to-End-Verantwortung für das Projekt Stationen innerhalb des Netzanschluss-Programms OstWestLink.

    Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz treibt den Netzausbau für die Energiewende voran. Unser Team verantwortet im Projektbereich die Umsetzung der DC-Onshore Projekte bei 50Hertz. Innerhalb dieses Portfolios befinden wir uns im Programm OstWestLink. Mit Ihrem Projektteam übernehmen Sie mit dem Projekt Stationen die Planung und Realisierung des Stromrichters, des Umspannwerkes sowie der Kabelabschnitts- und Kabelmonitoringstationen und sorgen dafür, dass eines der größten Infrastrukturprojekte von der ersten Planung bis zur Inbetriebnahme auf Kurs gehalten wird. Als Teil des Management-Teams des Programms OstWestLink besteht Ihre Aufgabe darin, ein schlagkräftiges Team aufzubauen und mit bereichsinternen Entscheidungsträger*innen und den Vertreter*innen anderer Bereiche zusammenzuarbeiten und das Projekt zum Erfolg zu führen.

    Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Aufbau und Leitung des Projekts Stationen innerhalb des aus mehreren Großprojekten bestehenden Programms OstWestLink (OWL),
  • Eigenverantwortliche Entwicklung, Führung und Steuerung des Bauherrenprojektteams, seiner Dienstleister sowie internen und externen Projektbeteiligten zur Auslegung, Planung, Produktion, Bau, Montage und Inbetriebnahme der DC-Onshore-Stationen sowie Begleitung, Zuarbeit und Unterstützung des Genehmigungsverfahrens im Kontext des NABEG und BImschG,
  • Erarbeitung von Strategien und deren Umsetzung zur Vergabe, Planung, Logistik, Qualitätssicherung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme der Stationen, Steuerung der Erstellung von zugehörigen Ausschreibungs- und Vertragsunterlagen sowie Mitwirkung/Führung der verantworteten Pakete im Vergabeprozess,
  • Kommunikation und Sicherstellung der Projektinteressen gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern, insbesondere Vertretung des Projektes im Rahmen von Öffentlichkeitsveranstaltungen und gegenüber Behörden,
  • Definition der Anforderungen an das Projektmanagement, aktive Steuerung des Projektes zur Erreichung der Programm- und Projektziele (insbesondere HSE, Zeit, Qualität, Kosten) sowie Weiterentwicklung der internen Projektmanagementstandards,
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Teammitglieder.

    • Im Rahmen dieser Tätigkeit bringen Sie nicht nur das Programm OstWestLink und damit die Energiewende in Deutschland einen wesentlichen Schritt voran, sondern gestalten durch Ihre Fachkenntnis und Projektmanagementerfahrung die zukünftige Projektsteuerung von DC-Projekten bei 50Hertz neu.

    Ihre Kompetenzen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem ingenieurtechnischen Studiengang, wie z.B. Elektrotechnik, Bauingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen,
  • Fundierte Erfahrungen in der Durchführung von Projekten zur Planung und Realisierung von Onshore- Infrastrukturvorhaben (vorzugsweise im Elektroanlagenbau),
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Fachbehörden für Genehmigungsverfahren,
  • Projektmanagementerfahrung, Kenntnisse von Projektmanagement-Methoden sowie Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung von interdisziplinären Teams,
  • Versierter Umgang mit PC-Standardsoftware, insbesondere MS-Office,
  • Sehr gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse (C1) und gute englische Sprachkenntnisse (vorzugsweise B2) in Wort und Schrift.

  • Eine Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement (z.B. PMI) oder vergleichbare Abschlüsse,
  • Kenntnisse von Projektmanagement-Tools (u.a. MS Project) und SAP.
