POSITION:


We are looking for a Cologne based Intern / Working Student in Recruiting Operation & Projects (M/F/d) to join a dynamic, international and fast-paced team environment to support us in operational Recruiting tasks and to roll out our transformation projects.


CHALLENGE:


  • Provide support in the roll out of all Recruiting related processes
  • Work in close cooperation with recruiters, HR business partners, development and business stakeholders to identify and maintain changes
  • Data administration for a Data-Driven Recruiting process
  • Own your projects to drive our transformation and business optimization in Recruiting
  • Communicate recruiting data/processes and progress to relevant stakeholders

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH
:


  • Student at a university with preferred field of study: Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related fields to project management
  • First experience with project management
  • Drive, ability to work independently and structured
  • Fluency in English (and preferably German), both spoken and written

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE:


The role is located in our Head office in Cologne, however we offer a hybrid model with a possibility of working from home.
