The Growth Leader for Test & Measurement is highly-visible and influential position with outstanding growth potential.

You will closely partner and collaborate with dedicated marketing and communications authorities, product management, engineering, and sales to grow our presence in the exciting Test&Measurement space.

This role is ideal for an upbeat individual with a deep knowledge of the target industries, strong network and with the business-acumen to drive superior growth globally.

The VGL will act as a Business Manager being accountable to drive Strategy and critical metrics for the respective Vertical.


What you will experience in this position:

  • Lead the strategy and execution for the global Vertical Test & Measurement within Schroff's matrix organisation
  • Drive our value proposition so it fully resonates with external influencers and decisionmakers and establishes us as the preferred solution partner at a global scale
  • Identify and advocate for new products, services, partnerships, and business development opportunities
  • Coordinate with collaborators and other VGL as well as General and Functional Managers globally to define sales targets (AOP)
  • Excite, influence, and train the organization on how to sell best our value in the Test&Measurement space
  • Represent the company as our voice of expertise for the target industries and C-Level Leadership
  • Define, measure and accounts critical metrics for selected vertical; and report out to leadership teams

You have:

Academic background:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business
  • MBA preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of customerfacing experience, in either Sales / New Business Development and or Marketing roles

  • Able to navigate matrix organizations and influence decision makers
  • Experience coaching, mentoring and leading crossfunctional and crosscultural direct and indirect teams
  • Critical thinking and planning skills
  • Handson leader who drives vision, collaboration and partnership
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand analytical tools and interpret financial models
  • Creativity and writing skills value proposition and positioning
  • Ability to travel up to 40%
