    Ihre Rolle

    • Planung und Steuerung von Finanzprozessen (Strategie, Mittelfristplanung, Budget, Forecast)
    • Sicherstellen der Einhaltung von Deadlines, Aufgaben -Priorisierung & Qualität der Ergebnisse innerhalb der Planungsprozesse
    • Unterstützung bei Aufgabensteuerung - und Priorisierung für Junior Controller/Analyst
    • Zusammenstellung von Strategie- und Planungs- Präsentationen für Diskussion im Management
    • Koordination und Aufbereitung detaillierter Analysen im monatlichen Reporting sowie jährlichen Budgetprozess
    • Zusammenstellung und Vorbereitung von Ad-hoc-Analysen, Informationen und Präsentation für den Vorstand, ggf. in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Funktionen
    • Unterstützung globaler Finanzteams und Sicherstellung, dass die funktionalen Ziele erreicht werden
    • Überprüfung finanzieller KPIs - Erstellung und regelmäßige Verarbeitung von KPI-Zahlen mit Verbesserungsplänen
    • Umsatz-, Kosten-, Cash-Flow- und CapEx-Analysen sowie Kommentierungen von Abweichungen
    • Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von bestehenden und neuen Controlling Prozessen und -Methoden, Schnittstellen zu anderen Systemen analysieren und Auswirkungen abschätzen, bei Einführung einzelne Schritte festlegen und abstimmen, Einführungsprozess überwachen
    • Mitarbeit in Finanz- und Controlling Projekten

    Ihr Profil

    • 4-jähriges Hochschulstudium in einer betriebswirtschaftlichen Richtung (Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o.ä.) mit dem Schwerpunkt Controlling, Corporate Finance oder einem ähnlichen Themengebiet
    • 3-5 jährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Financial Planning & Analysis oder Controlling
    • SAP-Kenntnisse, wesentlich bezogen auf SAP-CO- und FI-Modul, sowie SAP BW Erfahrung mit Bi-Dashboards
    • Erfahrungen mit gängigen Office 365 Anwendungen und Kollaborationslösungen
    • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Minimum B2.2 ) n Wort und Schrift
