This is a full-time position.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the Midea Cooking Appliances product roadmap in Europe for near term, Mid-term and long term business goals; oversee the localization of product development, and manage the local team.
• Collaborate with the German and China R&D center to ensure successful implementation of technological innovations and product planning for the Micro-oven/Steam/Oven product category.
• Conduct market and user research to identify key business opportunities, discover user pain points, and generate innovative product concepts.
• Collaborate with local and marketing teams to prepare compelling product stories for new product launches.
• Support the successful execution of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience or Master's degree with 5 years of related experience is preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to collect and analyze information. Passion for cooking and a deep understanding of lifestyle preferences are preferred.
• Diligent and proactive work ethic, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent execution capabilities.
• Proficient in organizing and driving cross-department collaboration. Establish effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the progress of work.
