About us
At MBition, we are bringing digital luxury to mobility users around the world.

To accomplish this, we are redefining how software is developed within the automotive field as part of an international Mercedes-Benz software development network.

As a 100% subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, we develop and integrate the next generation of Mercedes-Benz in-car infotainment systems that are based on the Mercedes-Benz Operating System (MBOS).

In addition, we are responsible for the Mercedes me companion app, we provide seamless & connected mobility experiences and we contribute to Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) platform development.

With offices in Berlin and Sofia, we are aiming to bring new generation of innovative infotainment systems across the globe.

Your Mission
You will work within the MBition System Integration Department.

You will join a team of tech and automotive enthuiastic colleagues who are responsible to integrate and deliver the Infotainment Software System with highest quality standards and functionality, in time.

As Product Owner you will be...

Substantially shaping, driving, and executing the product strategy for our CICD project infrastructure
Focusing on strong developer experience
Navigate and thrive in a very large automotive corporate
Working with stakeholders and project managers to understand the business needs and breaking them down into User Stories with appropriate granularity
Articulating the product vision and user stories in a clear way to teams, stakeholders, and management
Owning and managing a product backlog catering for multiple feature teams, identifying dependencies, risks, and setting the right priorities
Working closely with highperforming development teams to plan product increments

Qualifikationen
Your Profile

Education:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communication Technology, or a comparable qualification

Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in the Product Owner, Technical Lead or Project Management role, ideally with relevant certifications
At least 5 years of engineering experience in the field of CICD / DevOps (e.g. Gitlab CI/CD, AWS, Python)
Ability to work and solve challenges in an agile and customerdriven environment.
Advocate for your product vision and leading your team and colleagues towards a joined goal

Nice to have:

Automotive background
Project Management experience
Open-Source Background
Experience with largescale Agile frameworks
Experience with invehicle infotainment systems

Personal skills:

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
