Your role

Further development of our recruiting strategies: You develop new strategies for active sourcing, employer branding, etc. and analyze the effectiveness of different channels.
Planning and implementation of career events: You plan, organize and coordinate internal events for the entire team as well as external recruiting events for various target groups. You get creative and follow the latest trends.

Our requirements

Degree in business administration, economics, psychology or comparable, ideally with a focus on human resources and organization development
Experience in recruiting, preferably in a fastgrowing company or a dynamic environment (consulting, startup, technology)
Experience with ATS (esp. Lever) as a plus
Team player and organizational talent
Independent and structured way of working
Fluency in German and English
