Tasks

Your Vital Role in Our Global Expansion:

As part of our global expansion efforts, you will help us thrive in new markets by preparing for market entry and overseeing smooth roll-outs.

Your primary responsibility will involve establishing essential operational processes, enabling us to operate seamlessly on a global scale.

Streamlining Workflow Processes and Enhancing Our Toolset:

Dive deep into our internal workflow processes, identifying areas with optimization potential. You will be able to develop expertise in implementing improvements that streamline our operations.

You will also be able to take charge of managing our current toolset, while actively seeking out new and optimized tools that empower us to operate efficiently and scale effortlessly.

Championing OKRs and KPIs for Company Success:

Your contribution to our company's success will involve regular evaluation and enhancement of our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) structure. Additionally, you will manage and update our company Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

Upholding a Strong Legal and Compliance Framework:

Gain experience in ensuring our company's strict adherence to essential laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Your support will be valued in various certification projects, such as TISAX certification, as we strive to maintain a robust legal and compliance framework.

Requirements:

Current enrollment in a master's program, nearing completion of a bachelor's degree or inbetween studies, ideally in the field of Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
Availability for a 6month internship (followup employment can be possible).
English (min. B2+) is a must, German is a plus.
Previous internship or working student experience (ideally in the field of operations, business administration or similar).
Ability to work independently and take ownership. Having the socalled "Hands-On and Can-Do"mindset.
Curiosity to learn, dive deep into new topics and work thoroughly.
Strong team player, who is happy to enrich and be enriched with knowledge.
