    Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

  • Sie unterstützen bei der täglichen Arbeit im Office und bei IT Projekten, vom Auf- und Abbau von Computern an den Arbeitsplätzen, über das Bearbeiten von Anfragen über das Ticketsystem bis hin zur Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur und -Prozesse.
  • Sie analysieren und beheben Störungen sämtlicher interner Kommunikationslösungen und Arbeitsplatzrechner im operativen Betrieb.
  • Sie übernehmen die Aufgaben im Rahmen des 1st Level Supports.
  • Sie unterstützen die hard- und softwareseitige Einrichtung von Client-Systemen auf Windows 10.

    • Ihr Profil:

  • Sie sind in einem Studiengang der Fachrichtung Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik an einer Universität oder Hochschule immatrikuliert.
  • Sie besitzen erste Erfahrungen in der Systemadministration.
  • Vorteilhaft sind erste Hard- und Software-Skills im Umfeld von Microsoft- Systemumgebungen, Kenntnisse von Linux-Systemumgebungen.
  • Sie verfügen über einen sicheren Umgang mit der Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Sie haben Spaß an der Administration und Optimierung eines komplexen Firmennetzwerks und dessen Hardware, sowie am Support der User, haben eine hohe Lernbereitschaft und recherchieren gern.
